TCP Global will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:
- Order and payment authorization has been submitted and confirmed by 12:00pm noon PST.
- Your items must be in stock.
- Most automotive paints are mixed and made to order and require additional processing time and are not considered in stock. Rush Processing is not available on mixed paint orders and should not be chosen as a checkout upgrade option.
- If paying by Credit Card, your shipping address matches your credit card billing address (i.e. no alternate ship-to address).
- If paying by PayPal, your shipping address is a confirmed PayPal shipping address (i.e. no alternate ship-to address).
Rush processing will only speed up processing time. It does not upgrade your shipping method. (eg. UPS Ground will still take 1-5 working days to arrive).
PLEASE NOTE: Orders with Rush Processing are taking 48 hours to ship.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not completely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It should also be in the original packaging.
